Sofia is an undergraduate student at UAlbany who is majoring in Public Health and minoring in Psychology. She is excited to use her academic background at MHANYS and looks forward to gaining information on mental health and contribute to important projects.

Sofia enjoys her time watching new tv series, trying new restaurants and spending as much time outdoors as she can. Her favorite place to relax and unwind is at the beach with a book.
