MHANYS is currently accepting applications for Spring 2025 internships.
Volunteers and interns can make an impact on our work. Built around the talents of the individual, we aim to instill insight and skills relevant in the world of mental health.
Each volunteer and intern will be provided mentorship from MHANYS staff who are trained professionals in the framework of their areas of expertise.
Opportunities:
- Policy & Advocacy
- Education
- Community Engagement
- And more
Current students at the undergraduate or graduate level from any academic discipline are eligible to apply for internship positions and may be approved to receive college credit.
Potential interns and volunteers are invited to complete an online application and attach a cover letter and resume (required for student interns). Student interns are encouraged to submit their application and materials as far in advance as possible of the start of the semester in which they wish to intern.
If there are any questions about this process or about the Volunteer & Internship Program in general feel free to email Graham Healey, Community Program Manager at ghealey@mhanys.org
