Now in its eighth week, our Photo for 4% Campaign continues to build support for the 4% targeted inflationary increase (formerly known as the cost of living adjustment) as the Governor and Legislature work to reach a final agreement on the FY 2026-27 budget. This week, we received the support of Sen. May, Sen. Rhoads, along with Assemblymembers Bendett, Buttenschon, Simpson, Solages, and Weider. Asm. We will continue our weekly rallies for the 4% TII recognizing the investment is imperative for our community-based behavioral health and human services entities serving New Yorkers and families amid rising costs and efforts to recruit and retain the necessary workforce.
