MHANYS could not agree more with this assessment of the Governor’s State of the State from Courtney Burke of the Rockefeller Institute of Government.
Bottom Line: Innovative and thoughtful plan but how can this be implemented without funding to hire staff. An 8.5% COLA will help provide the staffing needed to implement this vision.
