On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, you’re invited to join MHANYS and AFSP for Mental Health Matters Day at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany! General registration opens today here!
Mental Health Matters Day is the most important day of advocacy of the year, with hundreds joining us as we rally support for critical investments and priorities pertaining to the mental health workforce, school and college mental health, suicide prevention, and first responders’ mental health and wellness.
Mental Health Matters Day is structured into three parts, starting at 8 a.m. as follows:
- Breakfast and morning policy orientation and briefing;
- Mental Health Matters Day rally; and,
- an opportunity to meet with their legislators in the afternoon.
