This is an extraordinary sign of support for including a 4% targeted inflationary increase (formerly known as the COLA) in the FY 2026-27 state budget for community-based behavioral health and human services.
This investment is essential as these entities are serving New Yorkers and families amidst rising costs and challenges to sustain and recruit the workforce.
As the budget process reaches a new phase, we will continue to rally at the State Capitol until the final budget is passed.
