MHANYS Training This Week with FBI National Academy Associates

MHANYS was proud to host the FBINAA (FBI National Academy Associates) Comprehensive Officer Resilience Train the-Trainer Program this week!

Through the leadership of MHANYS Director of Training, Katie Oldakowski, we held our first FBI Officer Resilience Training Program this week  This internationally recognized program equips law enforcement and first responder leaders with the tools to strengthen resilience in themselves, their peers, and their agencies. Participants gain skills to train others in the four domains of resilience—mental, physical, social, and spiritual—helping to build healthier and more sustainable first responder communities.

We were honored to welcome first responders from across New York (and North Dakota) who came together to share best practices and build a stronger workforce for their communities.

Together, we are investing in the well-being of those who serve on the front lines every day.
