As the Governor introduces the Budget today, listed below are MHANYS top priorities for this session with attached documents. We expect to see references to behavioral health parity and network adequacy in the budget narrative. We will certainly look for other mental health priorities especially if there is mention of a COLA for the Human Service Workforce.
