What is your company’s biggest achievement of the past year? MHANYS was named Organization of the Year by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This national award recognizes our leadership in the statewide rollout of teen and youth mental health first aid.
What’s something interesting about your company that most people don’t know? MHANYS is a pioneering leader in the community mental health movement. This includes thousands of New Yorkers trained in mental health literacy and leading the effort to enact the nation’s first law requiring mental health education in schools.
