The Executive Director of our MHA in Tompkins County – Josephine Gibson is a prime example of the excellence of our members and their staffs. We want to congratulate Josephine for being named a Woman of Distinction by the New York State Assembly (Nominated by Assembly member Anna Kelles). Under Josephine’s leadership, the MHA of Tompkins County has grown exponentially in regard to services and trainings. She and her team are wonderful advocates for the workforce and for community services.
