Hello Everyone,
Please find the attached nomination form for the 2020 National Disability Employment Awareness Month Awards. Nomination forms will need to be completed and emailed back to me by COB June 26, 2020.
This is a great opportunity to recognize employers that have gone above and beyond to hire and employee people with disabilities.
This year we have also added two additional awards, one for extraordinary efforts during COVID-19 and the other for employers that have made efforts with Youth in Employment (Under 24 years old).
Our event in October this year will be a bit different and the CREA committee is working on plans for a virtual event. That being said, please keep in mind that we will be asking for pictures and videos of participants and businesses to assist in this new presentation format.
Please make sure to forward this email to employment and job development staff that are working directly with participants.
