Recent federal legislation provides supplemental funding to mental health services through time-limited expansions of federal funding.

The Office of Mental Health (OMH) is seeking feedback from people who are current or former service recipients and their families to identify opportunities for how to best use these funds to meet prevention, treatment, and recovery support needs. Specifically, we will focus on crisis, children’s, and adult community-based services. Feedback from this session will inform planning for the use of this funding.

For additional information about this new federal funding and the feedback OMH is seeking to aid in the planning process, please visit: https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/planning/cmhsbg-fmap/index.html

Recipients of services and their families who are unable to attend this feedback session or wish to provide written feedback, are invited to do so via an online email submission form: https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/email/compose_mail.php?tid=IA_planning_1

We look forward to your feedback and participation.
