UTICA, N.Y. – The Mental Health Association in New York State had helped to pass legislation back in 2016 to implement mental health training for teachers. Following the 2020 NYS Budget, that funding was cut in half which means changes could be coming to local schools looking to continue the implementation of these programs. Eyewitness News reporter Parker Tully brings us more.
