Please see attached OMH guidance related to the implementation of Executive Order 202.13 provisions regarding background checks for OMH-licensed, funded, or approved programs (OMH-authorized programs). Also attached is the OMH Executive Order 202.13 Criminal History Information Attestation, which should be completed and stored in the personnel files of OMH-authorized programs.
