The Governor provided us with a great starting point with a 5.4% Human Service COLA in the Executive Budget. Given all the additional funding that was available this year combined with the needs of our community and rising costs, we were hoping to increase the COLA. Unfortunately that did not happen so the final COLA stands at 5.4%. We are still waiting for budget
