This document consolidates and updates all previously issued OMH supplemental guidance relative to the use of telemental health, and includes new guidance regarding:
Consent for treatment and client signatures on treatment plans.
Also attached is the Self-Attestation Form which must be submitted consistent with guidance, which allows for the delivery of telemental health services by OMH licensed, funded, or designated programs. Attestations previously submittedwill be honored to include the additional provisions added on March 13, 2020, and March 30, 2020. Attestations are considered effective once submitted. Please keep a copy for your records.
