Conference Call for Presentations

The 4th Annual New York State Suicide Prevention Conference: “STRONGER TOGETHER: Embracing Diversity and State/Local Partnerships in Suicide Prevention” sponsored by OMH and SPC-NY, will feature presentations highlighting recent developments in suicide prevention, including working with diverse populations, community coalitions, schools and college campuses, health systems, and advancements in surveillance data. We encourage you and your organization to apply to present in a concurrent or poster session by responding to this Call for Presentations.   

Interventions, Programs and Research must align with the three pillars of the NYS Suicide Prevention Plan:

  1. Prevention in Health and Behavior Healthcare Settings;
  2. Prevention across the Lifespan in Communities; and
  3. Surveillance and Data to Inform Suicide Prevention.

Deadline for Submission: May 3, 2019
