Governor Cuomo has issued Executive Order 202.92 which extends telehealth regulatory flexibility for OMH-licensed, funded, and designated programs, as detailed in Executive Order 202.1, until February 26, 2021.
Executive Order 202.92 also extends modifications to the background check process for OMH authorized programs, as detailed in Executive Order 202.13, until February 26, 2021.
