Mental Health Update

For the first time in many years, all the statewide mental health and substance use groups have spoken with the same voice in support of a 5.4% COLA in this coming year’s budget as well as a $500 million investment in behavioral health to help make up for all the statutory COLAs the sector has not received over the last fourteen years.

Pictured below are members of several organization that spoke in support of the funding. On Tuesday, other members of our group will be leading a virtual rally from 11-12. More information forthcoming
