Listed below is a strong letter from the Chairs of the three largest human services agencies in the State, urging the Governor to support COLAs for the entire human services sector.
Governor Cuomo has been a national leader in the minimum wage increase. His leadership in supporting a 2.9% Human Services COLA in the budget will enhance our sector enormously and continue to demonstrate that New York is the national leader in support of the workforce.
We urge Governor Cuomo to add the 2.9% Human Services COLA in this upcoming budget.
