Mental Health Update

MH Update – 1/13/20 – Winter 2020 OMH News is now available: Check out the Work of MHANYS CarePath Project on Pages 3 and 4

Here at MHANYS we are excited to share that the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) has featured MHANYS transition support tool, CarePath™ in their latest newsletter.   MHANYS CarePath™ has been moving across the state certifying CarePath™ Coaches in this new model that supports individuals and their family members or other identified supporters in defining what constitutes whole-person and family health and well-being. Read about this new transition tool along with other informative initiatives across the state in the latest issue of the OMH Newsletter published to the OMH website: https://omh.ny.gov/omhweb/resources/newsltr/docs/omhnewswinter2020.pdf

This is a great credit to Deb Faust who has led MHANYS in both the creation and implementation of the CarePath.  The Program is highlighted on Page 3 and 4 of the OMH News.
