04/18/2022 – Building Connection on April 28th Featuring ‘Hearts and Arts’

You are invited to join the
Building Connections Collaboration!

April 28th at 10:00 am.

The Building Connections Project is a collaborative partnership between MHANYS and the NYS Coalition against Sexual Assault. Building Connections offers training and opportunities for conversations that address the relationship between trauma and mind-body health. In 2022 we are offering
quarterly virtual meeting spaces for informal conversations that support our well-being through the expression of our “hearts & arts”. Please consider attending and share your unique forms of self-expression that help you navigate our turbulent times.

Deb Faust *will introduce two colleagues from MHANYS* Joshua Malatino and Cohen Miles-Rath both creative souls, and they will share their creative process with you. Cohen is a drummer, runner, writer and now a podcast host, and Joshua is a painter and collects affirmations to share with the
world around him. Both will introduce some creative self-management tools that provide balance and a sense of wellbeing personally and professionally. Please come and share your own unique forms of self-expression that help you manage your own sense of wellbeing.

Zoom registration is required in advance of this meeting to accommodate any language or access needs and to support facilitation preparation: Please register by April 22nd

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information. For questions reach out to Co-Directors of Building Connections, Deb Faust – dfaust@mhanys.org or Chrys Ballerano –cballerano@nyscasa.org
