What a tremendous week at the Capitol for the 4% targeted inflationary increase (TII). Nearly 40 more legislators stopped by to take a picture with us, demonstrating the broad support and recognition of the urgent need to invest in the community-based behavioral health and human services programs and workforce . These entities are on the ground in communities across New York State and more important than ever as we contend with the mental health crisis.
