We are very concerned about the new Mental Health parity regulations that are forthcoming at the federal level.
This proposed legislation would codify the provisions of the 2024 federal parity legislation that would minimize the impact of the upcoming federal regulations.
There will only be a few weeks left of legislative session by the time the budget passes, so we must act quickly to ensure passage of this bill.
