Twelve statewide behavioral health advocacy groups will be rallying at the Third Floor of the Capitol on Monday at 10, calling for a full 3.2% COLA in this year’s budget and an investment of $500 million for community based behavioral health services. We hope to be joined by the Mental Health and Substance Use Chairs in the Assembly and Senate.
