Capitol Pressroom Interview Calling for the Creation of a Pipeline for Young People for Careers in Mental Health
Earlier this week, I was on Capitol Pressroom with David Lombardo talking about workforce and development of a pipeline for young people for careers in the field of mental health. As I said in the interview, we can (and will) fight every year for a Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for the mental health workforce but we need long term strategies including development of a pipeline and creation of a retirement benefit for our workforce.
