Please support a 2.7% targeted inflationary increase in rates and contracts for mental health and substance use disorder staff and operations in the Executive Budget. We urge you to prioritize and maintain access to substance use disorder treatment and mental health services and supports. Adults, children and families continue to have ever-increasing demands for our services, and without additional funding they will not get the services and support they desperately need. Thank you!
