On Monday, behavioral health advocates were at the State Capitol urging the Governor to support adding a 3.2% COLA in next year’s budget as well as a five hundred million dollar investment in behavioral health to make up for years of neglect. Governor Hochul has shown that she is a strong supporter of mental health…this coming year is an opportunity to fund the positions that will implement her vision of mental health transformation for New York.
