We have high expectations for tomorrow’s budget as the Governor addressed so many of our key service, beds, housing issues, school mental health and parity in the State of the State. We are looking forward to seeing the dollars to match these programs. As importantly, we are looking for what the mental health community and human service sector has been fighting for the last several months—an 8.5% COLA.
We are energized by the Governor’s vision of the future of mental health but we need the workforce to turn this vision into a reality… 8.5% will dramatically help
We should begin to get some real answers tomorrow.
