08/23/2022 – OMH Webinar: Prioritizing Equity for Deaf/DeafBlind/Hard of Hearing Individuals Receiving Behavioral Health Services – Register Today!

The New York State Office of Mental Health’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion is excited to share the next webinar in our
Strategies for Behavioral Health Equity webinar series – Prioritizing Equity for Deaf/DeafBlind/ Hard of Hearing Individuals Receiving Behavioral Health Services
being held on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 from 1:30pm-3:30pm EST. 

We will be joined by Eleanor Coley-Brody, MSW, LCSW who is a regional representative at Helen Keller National Center for Deafblind Youths and Adults. This robust and engaging presentation will allow participants to learn more about vision and hearing loss and the unique mental health considerations that exist for individuals who are deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing. Participants will leave with concrete, best practice approaches to be utilized!
