Self-Compassion Workshop

Join MHANYS Staff in this hour long self-compassion workshop ending with a guided loving-kindness meditation.

You will learn about the three components of self-compassion and how it works as an antidote to stress and burnout at home and in the workplace. You will participate in a self-compassion activity in groups with your peers, and finally end with a brief 5 minute guided meditation practice.
