I find hiking, reading, meditation, and playing with my dog to be very healing.
I have worked within the non-profit world since 2019. My career’s main focus has been on youth development thus far. Mental health issues have affected many people in my life, and that has led me to change my career path to focus more on the mental health field.
I enjoy listening to music, dancing, video games, anything outside, and reading.
I’m a Project Coordinator supporting youth and teen Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) initiatives. I am passionate about promoting mental health awareness and empowering young people with the tools they need to thrive.
I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends and family, and caring for my dog and cat.
