ACCESS VR Transition and Youth Services
ACCES-VR works with students, families and school districts to coordinate appropriate services for students with disabilities who are leaving secondary education and entering adult vocational rehabilitation and related services.

Advocates for Children of New York (AFC) works on behalf of children who are at greatest risk for school-based discrimination and/or academic failure due to poverty, disability, race, ethnicity, immigrant or English Language Learner status, sexual orientation, gender identity, homelessness, or involvement in the foster care or juvenile justice systems.

Supported Employment Evidence-Based Practices (EBP) KIT _SAMHSA Publication
Provides practice principles about supported employment, an approach to vocational rehabilitation for people with serious mental illnesses. Promotes the belief that everyone with a serious mental illness is capable of working competitively in the community.

Transition Age Youth Resources 
The development of the Transition Age Youth Website was a collaborative project between The New York State Office of Mental Health and YOUTH POWER! The contributors researched and identified a range of topic areas, resource and reference materials best suited for the Transition Age Youth population.
