Step Two:  Click Here to download the application and return completed application according to instructions. MHANYS staff will review your application within 7-10 business days at which time you will be notified via email of its status.

Step Three: Instructions on how to complete the registration process will be included in all application approval notifications.

Upcoming MHANYS CarePath™ Coach Trainings

Online MHANYS CarePath™ Coach training is now available. All trainings listed below are 3 hours in length for 5 consecutive days from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

  • June 6 – June 10, 2022

  • June 20 – June 24, 2022

  • July 11 – July 15, 2022

  • July 25 – July 29, 2022

  • August 8 – August 12, 2022

  • August 22 – August 26, 2022

We recommend applying 3 to 4 weeks prior to your preferred course training date. Online certification in the MHANYS CarePath™ model includes instruction in trauma-informed guidelines for virtual engagement.
