disclose information and data necessary to insure compliance with mental
health and substance abuse parity.

Annually Disclose Compliance with Federal and State Parity Laws: 

Urge Bill Be Voted on Before the End of Session

With only a few days left in the Legislative Session, it is imperative you
call your Senator, Assemblymember and Legislative Leaders today to
express strong support for legislation (S.1156-A/A.3694-A) to require
insurers and health plans to annually disclose information and data
necessary to evaluate their compliance with Federal and State mental health
and substance use disorder (MH/SUD) parity laws. This information would be
part of a public report within the “Consumer Guide to Health Insurers,”
which is published by the Department of Financial Services.
