- What if you could accept the painful moments in your life and embrace yourself with kindness rather than harsh criticism?
- What if you could remember your imperfections are part of the shared human experience and it’s ok to hold yourself in love and connection?
- What if you no longer over identified with negative inner dialogue and gave yourself the support you need during difficult times?
The practice of self-compassion works towards the ideal conditions for growth and transformation, and lays the foundation for continuous self-care. Join us in exploring the positive effects of the practice of mindful self-compassion on both our brains and immune systems. We will explore the role of compassion- focused therapy found helpful for individuals impacted by traumatic stress and loss. Let’s take closer look at the benefits of mindful self-compassion as a wellness tool for mental health.
