Mental Health and Wellness 101
Welcome to Mental Health & Wellness 101, a training produced by the Mental Health Association in New York State. The goals of Mental Health & Wellness 101 are to increase basic knowledge of mental health, help reduce stigma and discrimination, and promote wellness.
To pass this course, you need to score at least 60% on a 10-question final exam.

Focuses on how mental health challenges vary and the impact they can have.

Focuses on the prevalence of mental illnesses and signs and symptoms.

Support & Recovery
Focuses on risk and protective factors and how to respond to a mental health challenge.
