Project Goals:
• Continue to work w/ the Maternal/Infants
Network they helped to create in 2009
to launch an online survey of agencies
with services available to these families
and develop a virtual yellow pages of
services in the region
• Collect and publish the data as
a resource guide for the county
• Work with local agencies involved
with parents and their young children
plus health care organizations and physicians
to disseminate this information.
• Distribute printed
resource guides to agencies and local
families.
